FYI – Questions for Clients and Realtors

Why hire BMPhoto3dTours?
Professionally photographed homes sell for more money in a shorter amount of time.  According to Realtor.org, 92% of homebuyers start their search on the internet, this means that photos that attract the buyer are imperative.  Show your listings in the best light.  First impression is essential. If homebuyers aren’t sold on the images, they see online, chances are they will move on.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of payments including all credit cards.
What are your hours? Do you photograph on weekends?
We work normal business hours, but we do hold other appointments if agreed upon with photographer. Yes, we do work on weekend if need
How many pictures is a normal photoshoot?
Normally we will provide at least 25 photographs.
How long will it take to photograph a home?
Depends on the size of the home, but normally 30 minutes.

All copyrights are held by BMPhoto3dTours, this is a standard practice for the photography industry. License is granted to the individual listing agent and Real Estate Brokerage to use image(s) without restriction and for unlimited time period of the Listing for the marketing of this property, and for self-promotional purposes. Photos may be given to the seller of the property for non-commercial, personal use by the seller. This license is not transferrable.
